Environmental Impact Statement

The Baltimore-Washington Maglev Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was released in October 2003. Copies of the DEIS were placed in public libraries located in the project area.  Seven public hearings to solicit comments on the DEIS were conducted at various locations in the corridor.  The public hearings were completed in December 2003.  To download the DEIS and for more information visit the project website: http://www.bwmaglev.com/
