All applicants to the Federal Railroad Administration’s High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR) Program were required to submit a Preapplication document by July 10, 2009.  The application period for the current round of HSIPR Funding under Tracks 1a, 1b, 3 and 4 closed on August 24, 2009.  The application period for Track 2 funding is closed.  See the HSIPR Interim Program Guidance for details.
