Office of Financial Services

The Office of Financial Services manages and coordinates all accounting and disbursing activities within FRA.

The office provides oversight, review, and support of FRA programs and initiatives to more efficiently and effectively operate and improve productivity by developing, implementing, and administering financial management procedures and standards.

Also, the office performs maintenance of FRA’s accounting computer files residing in the Departmental automated accounting system (DELPHI) and provides financial reports and information that depict the Agency’s financial condition.
